Accessibility

These pages (the complaint pages under /en/, /es/ and /fr/, and the language choice at /portal/) partially meet level AA of WCAG 2.2^{source 3}: the automated tool finds no errors, and the manual review found issues, some of which we have already fixed and others that are still open, as set out below.

With every version, an automated tool (axe-core) checks all the pages against the level A and AA rules^{source 4}.

On 26 September 2026 we also carried out a manual, AI-assisted review in a browser: keyboard use, structure for screen readers, contrast, text enlarged to 200% and a screen 320 pixels wide^{source 5}.

This is what we know is still missing^{source 6}:

• The language of contract titles written in Catalan, Valencian or Galician is detected from their words, so it can sometimes be wrong.
• We have not yet tested the site with real screen readers (NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver).
• There is not yet a channel for reporting an accessibility barrier.
• The commercial home page of the website is not part of this evaluation, even though it links here.
