We will publish the criminal complaint when the Public Prosecutor's Office allows us to.
Very soon we will file it. Until the Public Prosecutor's Office allows us to publish it, we are not saying which contracts, public bodies or people it mentions, nor giving its figures.
In detail
Presumption of innocence
A criminal complaint reports alleged facts to the authorities so that they can investigate them. It is not a conviction. Until there is a final judgment, nobody can be considered guilty, and we will write accordingly, using ‘alleged’ and ‘allegedly’ where appropriate.
How we will publish it
Like the rest of this portal: every piece of data with its source and every file with its SHA-256 hash.
If it concerns you
If you are a person or an organisation referred to in what we publish and you believe there is an error, write to us at migueld@add4u.com. We will review it and, if a correction is needed, we will make it and record the date.
