Find your council
Type the name of your council, of any public body or of what was contracted, and you will see which contract awards to esPublico appear, each with a link to its official entrysource 1.
The fact that a contract appears here does not mean that there is anything irregular about it.
These are all the contract awards to esPublico that we have found in the Platform's open data, not a selection made for the criminal complaint.

Data quality
- Records in the dataset: 3,255.
- Records without an official link, which are not shown: 0.
- Without an amount awarded: 38.
- Without an autonomous community: 135.
- Without the mayor's party (not a town council, or not on record): 1,110.
- With an approximate party (the register does not give the date the mayor took office): 0.
- With at least one data quality warning: 873. They remain in the dataset and in the figures, as the source gives them; the warning says what to check on the official entry.
- 4 · The successful bidder's name is neither esPublico nor Auloce, although the tax ID (NIF) contains its digits.
- 1 · The record names several successful bidders: the amount may include what was awarded to the others.
- 2 · Another record links to the same official entry: it may be the same contract counted twice.
- 37 · The subject mentions a framework agreement: the agreement and the contracts based on it may both appear and be added together twice.
- 6 · The successful bidder's tax ID (NIF) is written differently (another letter, no letter or extra characters): the filter picks it up by its digits.
- 163 · Minor contract with an amount awarded equal to or above the general limit at its date. This may be correct: the law allows it, for example, for subscriptions and access to databases (explained under Data).
- 55 · The source gives an amount awarded higher than the base tender budget; this may be due to tax, lots, extensions or an error in the source.
- 648 · The publication date in the source is later than its last modification: it may be the date of a later notice, in which case the year and the party may not match the award.
- 3 · The contracting body's code looked like a national identity number (DNI) and we do not publish it.
Where the data comes from
- Contract awards: open data from the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público (Spain's official public procurement platform) (source: contrataciondelestado.es), read on 29 October 2026.
- Province and autonomous community: INE codes (source: ine.es).
- Mayor's party: register of mayors of the Spanish Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, with the mayors for each term of office (source: mptmd.gob.es) and the local elected representatives for the current term (source: concejales.redsara.es). We do not publish the person's name.
In detail
What you can filter
Public body, year, autonomous community, amount, successful bidder (as named on the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público, Spain's official public procurement platform) and the mayor's party on the date of publication on the Platform. You can sort the results by date or by amount.
The party shown is the mayor's party on that date. It does not show who decided on the contract or whether there is anything irregular about it.
Typos, accents and capital letters
You do not need to spell correctly. The search tool ignores accents and capital letterssource 2 and, in words of five letters or more, finds the word even if it has one letter too many, one too few, one wrong, or two letters swappedsource 3: ‘ayuntamineto’ finds ‘ayuntamiento’ (Spanish for town council).
Citing a search
The page address stores what you searched for, the filters and the sort ordersource 4. If you copy it and send it, whoever opens it will see the same search; the results may change when the data is updated.
Download what you have found
You can download the results as CSV (semicolon-separated, to open in Excel, LibreOffice or any spreadsheet)source 5, JSON or XLSX. The CSV follows Spanish conventions, with a decimal commasource 6: if your spreadsheet is in English, the XLSX file is a better choice. Each file includes the date of the data and the search that produced itsource 7.
