Here you can download the contract awards to esPublico in formats for spreadsheets and for programs (CSV, JSON and XLSX), with a dictionary explaining each column and a list of hashes to check that the files have not changed. Data as at .

Data read from the Platform on : 3,255 records.

The fact that a contract appears here does not mean that there is anything irregular about it.

These are all the contract awards to esPublico that we have found in the Platform's open data, not a selection made for the criminal complaint.

How to check that a file has not changed

Download the files and the manifest into the same folder and open a terminal there.

macOS or Linux (source: perldoc.perl.org):

shasum -a 256 -c MANIFIESTO-SHA256.txt

On Linux this also works (source: man7.org):

sha256sum -c MANIFIESTO-SHA256.txt

If everything is in order, it answers “OK” for each file (source: perldoc.perl.org) (source: man7.org).

Windows, one file at a time (compare the result with that file's line in the manifest) (source: learn.microsoft.com):

certutil -hashfile adjudicaciones.csv SHA256

Where the data comes from

  • Contract awards: open data from the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público (Spain's official public procurement platform) (source: contrataciondelestado.es), read on 29 October 2026.
  • Province and autonomous community: INE codes (source: ine.es).
  • Mayor's party: register of mayors of the Spanish Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, with the mayors for each term of officesource 2 and the local elected representatives for the current term (source: concejales.redsara.es). We do not publish the person's name.

Which files are available

  • Contract awards in CSV, JSON and XLSX.
  • Data dictionary (column, type, meaning and source) in Spanish, English and French.
  • MANIFIESTO-SHA256.txt, the manifest with the SHA-256 hash of each file.

Personal data

These files do not contain the contracting body's email address or the mayor's namesource 1. They do contain the party of the mayor of each council, and with the municipality and the date it is possible to find out who it was: this information is published by the Ministry itselfsource 2.
