Who we worked with

The investigation has been led by Miguel Ángel Domínguezsource 1. Declaration of interests

Miguel Ángel is the CEO of Add4usource 6, an e-government technology companysource 7 that has competed with esPublico for public contractssource 8. These pages sit within the website of GestdocAI, an Add4u productsource 9. We disclose this here so that nobody has to find it out for themselves.

Miguel Gadea Muñoz

Lawyer specialising in criminal lawsource 10,source 11. He is founding partner and director of Crimcore Counselsource 12, a firm specialising in economic criminal lawsource 13. He was a substitute prosecutor at the Madrid Provincial Prosecutor's Officesource 14 and worked for more than 16 years at DLA Pipersource 15. He is the lawyer who has drafted the criminal complaintsource 2.

Javier Vázquez Matilla

Lawyer, adviser and consultant in public procurementsource 16, with a PhD in Law from the Public University of Navarresource 17. He was a member of the European Commission's expert group on public procurement from 2015 to 2019source 18. In the first stage of the investigation he was our public procurement advisersource 3.

Luis Garvía Vega

PhD in Finance from Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE), where he has directed the Master's Degree in Financial Risk Management since 2020source 4,source 19. He has supported the investigation as an academic collaboratorsource 20.
